    Program change before arriving to Canada (study visa approved)

    Hello! I'm planning to change my program from 1 year program to a 2 year program with COOP. I am wondering if I should present my old loa or new loa from the IO? also can I apply SP extension after I landed in Canada right away? My visa stamp is good for 1 year only and without COOP.

    OTTAWA STOPS ISSUING PPR? (SDS)

    I've noticed that many of us are receiving BVL and NO PPR yet for more than 30 days (mine is 44 days and counting) do you think they stop issuing ppr as of the moment? this is frustrating
