yes, it has. is it supposed to have a photo also? There is a blank photo placeholder on the first page right bottom corner.

portal email - 23 Dec, login 30 Dec, uploaded photo and address on 30 Dec. submitted self-declaration yesterday and copr download today.

I got it today morning and then I checked the portal to see COPR.

Same here. did you upload the photo and address again? I think this is a temporary issue due to new portal changes. Hope they fix it soon.
