Yes, that is correct. You need to add all the people in your application including yourself. Apart from this, have you made sure your other information is also correct? Sometime a 0 (zero) can appear as the letter O, sometimes a capital I can also be mistaken as 1. I am sure you must have...- hotsalsa

Letters for biometrics and medicals come on GCKey, you need those to get that specific task done. I would guess some of the other final updates and important letters/communication would also appear on that account. Trackers are just... trackers - they only show updates and checkpoints as far as...- hotsalsa

PA's GCKey also still says the same as yours but as of today, on the tracker it switched to "Completed" - GCKey too will be updated in due course of time.
