Hello..

Just need an information , i have a concern with the photos i have submitted for PR visa stamping (Family Sponsorship), outline dimentions 50×70 mm are matching but inside face length is beyond 36mm. I just realized now. Will it cause any impact for my visa stamping?

It’s been a while since the March 6th BGC/FD completion update (tracker was updated on March 9th). I’ve heard the PPR is usually quick to follow… but nothing yet. Patiently waiting.

I know somebody with Sept 12 application who received PPR in two days after final decision.

Not sure but I would assume they would contact you and let you know if you have to send different photos and when?

No. PA is in Canada on visitor visa. No Portal request also.

Passport submitted today at VFS Mumbai. Estimated time according to VFS is “maximum” 3-4 weeks. Let’s see.

Earlier this morning i got my background check completed. I can see copr number in the tracker as well. However my GCkey account still showing the following message -

"Final decision - March 24, 2026:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

I am wondering if anyone else had similar issue. Also whats the next step from now.

It’s not an issue. That’s how it is. Basically, your application is approved, congratulations! Next step would be that you will receive the passport request. It can come anytime between 2 days to 2 weeks. Or more. Even after my passport request, my GCKey also still says that exact same thing as yours. Don’t worry about it, that is just how IRCC operates. Maybe eventually it will update but for now you just have to wait for your passport request. Congrats again on FD and COPR details. Good luck for upcoming PPR.

I received my PPR a whole 2 weeks after receiving that FD and COPR notification. Some people get it in a couple days, some have to wait longer. Hang in there! It’ll arrive soon.
