I did as the government site mentioned and followed all directions for sending the applications online via email... But I have yet to receive the automatic reply that my application was received. Does anyone here know or have a template to follow for senidng the G5 applications via email? Thank you.

For the Trust Account for a group of 5 sponsorship application, does the account holder have to be one of the G5 members or can it be a representative for any of the G5 members or can it be anyone?
