For the pictures of the refugees that are going to be sponsored, since we are using email to send all the necessary documents the files are in .jpg which are acceptable correct? Are there any other conditions? The photos were taken like passport pics with no smiles, full head above the shoulda with a clear white background.

The government site says you can as jpg or jpegs @_@

I stand corrected. Assume that this may be just for G5
