Can we send WES report directly to IRCC if we submitted them old report when submitting the EE profile. If yes whom do we address it to? Thanks in Advance!

Hey, I submitted my Express Entry profile and I came across this post that someone's application got refused because the WES report did not have a header that was addressed to the IRCC. Has anyone else heard of this happening? Thank you

Hey guys, I was registered for a 2years masters program and I completed my course within 3 semesters and a break and I was expecting a 3-yr work permit whereas I only got a 1 year permit. My friends who did the same got a 3yr work permit. Can anyone help please?
