    thnak you for replying, i am stuck in between to decide should i travel to toronto to do my application, or send through post canada, as i live in quebec, but my bls center is toronto, have you used mail to send the application , or walked in with an appointment?, thank you.

    Hi, i am also going through the same, my PR card expired i have applied renewal on August 16th , as of today no email, And Indian Authrity requires an email confirming the processing, accordign to website, i have not personally contacted the BLS Centre. So waiting for the PR Card to apply.
