Super visa applicant is HIV positive. What happens?

It's certainly not an automatic rejection. There may be a refusal if they feel there may be a high cost to the system for treatment (it's complicated) or test results show the applicant isn't stable. Be prepared for longer processing times and potential additional medical requirements. Some...

War is not the only reason people can claim asylum. It's slightly more in-depth than that.

But they probably need status regardless.

    Some Interesting Statistics - IRB

It would be interesting to know how many of the failed application have applied for other programs, H&C specifically and how that has inflated those numbers.

    Son sponsorship

"I am aseeking advice on any legal solutions" Then hire a lawyer. On the non-legal, forum based solution, I wouldnt leave until he receives his PR. There's the risk he will be refuted entry or banned for violating terms of his TRV. Why wouldn't you have kept his status up to date? Seems a bit...

Letter of explanation why your spouse is non-accompanying

IRCC has started scrutinizing applications where the spouse in non acccompanying in order to gain points, only for them to be sponsored immediately after. You'll have to explain the intent behind your decisions, particularly since, as noted by @Naturgrl, he's already living and working in...

Super visa - would medical tests impact the temporary visitor visa

If you've done the medical through an IRCC appointed physician and told them it's for IRCC, they (iRCC) already have the results and have probably requested the additional testing. Applying for a TRV probably wouldn't change the medical requirements at this point.

The sponsor did not declare his common-law partner in his PR application

What can he do about this? Lawyer up. Despite what the laws in the Philippines states, IRCC sees him as being common law. Because he didn't declare her at the time of his application, he can never sponsor her in his current situation. She is not considered "family".

Moving canadian daughter(minor) to canada, with Parents(Us)

That's one company in a region where listings have dropped 43% since 2021. I'd imagine there's going to be an enormous rush of applicants who are in Canada already applying for what amounts to 12 or so confirmed positions and 3-4 that are "future considerations".

Lost PR card and beiing asked humanitarian and compassionate considerations for residency requirement

Well, you basically broke the cardinal rule for those who know, or even think, they aren't in compliance.....you interacted with IRCC (and seemingly CBSA on a regular basis) before you met RO. You took a calculated risk on the RO and it backfired. Applying for a new/replacement PR card within...

Lost PR card and beiing asked humanitarian and compassionate considerations for residency requirement

Lawyer up. Looks like IRCC has decided you won't be able to meet your residency obligation by July 2026 (looks like you are about a month short) and are giving you the chance to submit a compelling reason (illness, family issues, something) that prevented you from meeting that obligation. If you...

    Refugee case - egyptian atheist

Why wouldn't you just complete your studies (at a reputable institution), get a PGWP and apply for permenent residency? Given the potential changes to the immigration and refuge program (there's been a specific focus on students claiming refugee status) and potential caps on refugees, claiming...

Your bank can also submit information to CRA if they suspect the transactions to your account are questionable (criminal, fraud, tax avoidance), so there's that.

Mistakenly got reported to reported to Toronto Crime Stoppers

Then why talk about an investigation when they don't investigate anything? "Withdrawing a crime stoppers tip doesn’t stop the investigation"

Mistakenly got reported to reported to Toronto Crime Stoppers

"Crime Stoppers" has no legal authority or power to do investigations of any type. It's a non profit organization. The can pass information along to the police, but beyond that they cannot investigate or prosecute anyone or anything. That's entirely up to police (or the equivalent empowered agency).
