    My issue was that the fee increase happened after a returned application. I corrected the form and resubmitted without realizing there was a fee increase.

    Oof, nevermind. The refund was for $25. On my phone, the PDF was blurry, I thought the $ was a 5. On the computer it's clear. But, I'm not sure how I overpaid by $25. Anyways, no other email, so I'm hoping everything is ok.

    $525 was the original cost of the RPRF prior to the increase. I did top up, but not "double pay" so it would definitely be short now. I suppose I should submit a webform.

    My AOR took 105 days - some just take longer and I heard if they get physically reviewed they take a bit longer, because they get put into a "human review" pile for completeness.
