    Sorry misunderstood I thought you were trying to add her to your application now that you had discovered the sponsorship processing time. Given sponsorship could take over a year and if she sticks to the timeline listed in the LOE given to justify being non-accompanying then shouldn’t be an issue.

    The courts have already decided and she informed IRCC that she was awarded full physical custody of the children so she has the right to cancel the sponsorship and prevent any travel without her consent. This is a family law issue.
