    I submitted my portal2 answer on April 10. Im still waiting for the ECOPR and for my PR card. I have a planned trip by July 2nd. Not refundable ticket. (Ouch). I think by that time I already receive my ECOPR, But the PR card? I still can travel with my RTD and notice of decision? Not possible...

    Now with the one time initiative, some processes are going faster, but it looks like not the old ones. But if were like before, with the huge backlog, believe me, 2024 applications not supposed to be processed yet. You guys are lucky.
