I married on May 2024, I let them know through web form but I didn’t send the marriage certificate. After 2 years they are asking the certificate and some form. My husband has Canadian citizenship, but still I need to fill these forms I guess.- Notthatparis

I think it’s not same for everyone. Mine was recently updated- yesterday. Today I received an email regarding additional documents since I married after I applied for PR. I am still waiting an update. I applied on April 26th, 2023. I have been waiting to see background check is started… But no luck so far.. My work permit is expiring at the end of this April. I will need to apply to get extension, in case of possible delay to get FD:(- Notthatparis
