My husband passed his medical in January. I, unfortunately, did not. They found something on my lung. It turned out to be cancer. (I have never smoked a cigarette! Ugh!) Ours is very similar to this. We had our medical request on New Year's Eve. Completed medicals on January 15. We have heard nothing since then!- carolinatocanada

I thought the FINAL step would be passing medical exams. Now we are waiting on something called "security checks"? I have never even seen anyone post about that. I was sure our passport requests would be soon.- carolinatocanada

We applied at the end of July. Gave our biometrics on August 13. Pre-arrival letter December 10. Good luck!! I was so surprised to get the medical request on New Year's Eve!- carolinatocanada
