    Different databases between PR tracker, GCKey and the internal systems that IRCC uses. The updates are very likely batched to each db and the date for each to update would likely be different too.

    The minute you get your eCoPR or land as an outland candidate with your CoPR - you are a PR. That's the actual definition of being a PR, A PR card itself isn't "PR status". I wouldn't take trackers or anything over that actual definition.

    The issue with that assumption is that KAI triggers something - what some of us suspect is that the email is already on the way which coincided with the time when someone used KAI method. It usually doesn't, which is also why that method doesn't seem to work well.
