    How did you apply for OWP for the first time? You should context. Also, when did you apply (month, day and year)? Is inland application? You have to provide these information to get a better answer. in general, you can renew your OWP using the AOR if you have one.

As you can see, the principal applicant (PA) in this post applied again three years after being rejected. Of course, it’s a complex case, which explains why the PA has been waiting for a decision since 2022.

    I'm sorry for hear that. Misrepresentation does not ban you to apply for Family Sponsorship, but you will need a huge effort and patience to proof that your relationship is genuine.
