    Thanks, that makes sense. I called the VFS Global team, and they mentioned that the 'standard processing time' is "21 working days from when the passport reaches the IRCC office in Delhi". In my case, that was on the Oct 15th, so I should expect dispatch around Nov 13th, and with courier time...
