    A person means a person. A letter from the person whoever he/she is....... whether ircc would accept that relationship is up to the VO.

    Does anyone know if IRCC asking for loa verification from the institute is a good sign or a sign that the visa officer is started looking into your application? There are people who are 2 months into their application and their institute didn’t receive a verification request yet if any.

    Yep this is exactly what i mean , so do you think the VO will only asses me based on my ICM program because if he did then i think i have more than enough? I think he will have to consider how i will fund the rest of my education though right?
