    I submitted my application on the 12th of February and going through my application I discovered I added just a city without adding the country in IMM5562. The same city and country was also entered country in the form for a different trip. Should I be worried?

    I have always answered no to this question since I applied for study permit in 2023. My surname after marriage is in official documents except on my degree certificate which bears my maiden surname. Should I answer this question with a yes now since the certificate is part of what I am submitting?
