    I submitted my application on the 12th of February and going through my application I discovered I added just a city without adding the country in IMM5562. The same city and country was also entered country in the form for a different trip. Should I be worried?

My surname after marriage is in official documents except on my degree certificate which bears my maiden surname.     You mentioned you in the OP that IRCC requested a corrected copy of IMM 5406. I just wanted to know in the main application, Generic form for Canada IMM 0008, if you added your deceased father as your mom's dependant.

    I edited this post and have corrected the information. He was actually married and was divorced prior to our getting married. In previous applications he has mentioned this marriage and this child and had provided the court divorce decision when he applied for sowp in 2024
