    Plus my case is not that complex tbh I don’t know why it is exceeding the normal processing time. I can see people applying after me they got their results so, I was wondering the reason.

    My last update on ATIP it was saying combined application can be found …. No you don’t remember correctly. My application is not thousands of pages long. They combined two of them together and will decide based on that. I don’t think I can get PR from PRRA so best option would be H&C for me.

    As I understand, he had to apply H&C to overcome the inadmissibility. Otherwise he can simply do a spousal sponsorship application. When that happens, he is going into queue the one for H&C applications.
