They could have resolved the issue much earlier, instead of causing people to wait for three years, separating families, and ruining lives! Now, they only want to clear the backlog and stop granting asylum.- Sad93

Refugees/Protected/Humanitarian: ~ 68,350 in 2025 and ~ 62,250 in 2026 So they slightly lowered the number for 2026, but it’s not a big change.- Sad93

I had to gather documents from 3 different countries, my lawyer said we cannot start the application unless we have all the documents ready. It took almost 15 months since I entered Canada. I really wish that they wouldn’t do such a stupid thing- Sad93
