    I had same issue in August, but you should understand one important thing, when you call and ask to IRCC the give you answer based on what they see in system. Remember, your application is paper, so only Ottawa Ircc knows the real stage. Be patient!

    Ohhh in this case you will attend hearing, because if the short hearing change to regular hearing, that means the minister asked to intervention before 10 days of hearing. On this stage RPD will change your short hearing to regular hearing.Therefore be prepared very well.

    Thanks, the postponed it before 3 days for my hearing date. Check your hearing paper if it has NOTICE FOR MINISTER, that means IRB think approve your case without hearing. If the minister not ask questions.
