    I had a similar experience with Turkish airlines. What I did was show them my hearing notice of decision and that was it.

    The incorrect information were: 1: Place of birth. Instead of town, I was using the state. E.g Ontario, while the correct answer is Toronto. 2: Total number of applicants in my application was 3. But the correct answer that worked was one. Those were the two main errors that fixed mine.

    I’ve finally been able to link my application. I had to call IRCC and they gave me the correct information and got it linked immediately. I’d advise you also call them. They’ll guide you while on the call. Good luck

    That might not be the issue. You can verify what was filled in your account by downloading the IMM008 form in your profile. If at all you want to change anything, you’ll need to fill a web form. I’ve also not been able to link mine despite using the correct details.

    Have you been able to link your application to your online account? I’m still unable to link mine despite using the correct details. Though they said it might take up to 5 business days for it to be updated. I’ll keep trying.
