    I disagree it could be. This is not even a fully remote job or an employer that has offices outside Quebec that a person could transfer to. The GTA is very far from Quebec you can’t just commute there twice a week.

    You’ll run into similar issues. There are both too many applicants applying and prioritization of certain NOCs. You can no longer count on provincial nominations. You should certainly try but you need a plan C, D, etc. You should also try to max out any points possible.
