I received my PPR on November 7, and I submitted my passport to VFS Lagos on November 10. On November 11, I got a notification that it had been sent out, but since then, I haven't received any updates. Please note that I renewed my passport, so it's different from the one I used to apply. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?

What's the question? This is pretty normal and nothing about what you shared screams anything abnormal.
Do you know long it takes for someone with a renewed passport or any special thing I need to do
The renewed passport doesn't add more time to this process.
Ohhh I’ve seen a lot of mate get theirs in a max of a week and her I am after 3 weeks without anything so you have an idea of when I should be expecting it
Your timeline is very unusual. Getting notified that your now stamped passport has been returned to you the day after VFS received it is not common. Are you sure the notification said that your stamped passport has been sent back to you?
I’ve called vfs and they said still processing with ircc I’ve also raised web forms but nothing
There isn't anything to worry about. A lot of the data we see is anecdotal.

I submitted my passport through VFS Lagos on November 10, and it was received by IRCC on November 11.
So far, my application has not been updated and I have not received any message about passport return. My program is scheduled to begin on January 6, and I’m getting concerned.i have submitted many webform speaking of the delay but the tracker shows they’ve received them . But still nothing
For those who have experienced something similar:
• How long does it usually take for IRCC to update passport details?
• Is this delay normal?
• Is there anything else I should be doing at this point, or should I just keep waiting?
Note : i called vfs but the said it’s with iccc
2. Called ircc they said there is no update yet on my passport but they agreed to receiving it But ircc Ottawa said they can’t give me Much info on my application since it’s made outside Canada
Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is fairly normal processing time for Lagos. You can attempt to contact the IRCC staff in Lagos.
