    Also, I see below note in the Travel History. "If you travelled to a country several times in a month, add only 1 entry in the table." does this specifically mean we only need to add one entry if there is multiple day trip-visit to US from Canada in one month?

    So, I am able to see their entry and exits from US on CBP portal. And it should match with CBSA's travel history. (I do not want to get into hurdle of ordering entries from CBSA). I am thinking to just use those (from CBP portal) and add all the entries in Travel History.
