    No such thing. All really depends on how consistently they work on your application. If you work consistently without breaks+application has low complexity, a few months at best. Anything else can go long. The key is to look for what went into progress, what's completed and what isn't started...

    Why not get access to your PR tracker? It makes no sense for ONLY them to have access to your application, beyond PR tracker, you can also ask them to create an account for you. So many "consultants" who have missed PPR/RFV mails in the past that it is worth having your own credentials to check.

    BLS is already an org that's not going to do much even if something was under their control - this, has more to do with the govt + consulate + BLS, so they are likely going to ignore you.

    Pretty normal timeline. You'll get a message for the passport dispatch soon. From my experience with CGI - we raised BLS issues with them earlier this year - I can assure you that CGI is only going to ignore requests that aren't facing any significant delay here. Expect a month or more too.

    It isn't even a linear process. How long ago did you apply for PP - sometimes you even get the PP without police verification and it happens afterwards. Escalation is futile if you haven't been waiting from too long.
