    Do not book tickets until you have your stamped passports. Stamping is taking more than 3 weeks in many cases. They are visiting Canada so waiting a few weeks to book a flight should not be a huge issue but may prevent you from losing money if not non-refundable.

    Applicant in Canada should go through PR process first and are processed on their own. The P1 is just for them and shouldn’t involve any dependents.
