    When to submit EE

I would do the calculation based on the actual hours you worked each week. Or wait for others to respond.

2023 PR Applications Timeline (Protected Persons & Refugees)

You can definitely try. I would personally try anything if I was located in Quebec. Do the petition through the official Quebec National Assembly site. Don't do change.org or other similar petitions. Find an MPP or two who are willing to back your petition. These would normally be opposition...

    When to submit EE

You need the equivalent of one year of work experience. This does not need to be completed within one year. This is how you calculate: - For every week you worked 30 hours or more, count as 1 - For every week you worked fewer than 30 hours, add up the total number of hours for these weeks and...

PR card 730 days obligation and entering to Canada

This person would have needed to live in Canada for two years after returning to meet the residency obligation in order to apply to renew their PR card. The application did not take two years. This person had to wait two years before applying.

Residency Obligation & Long Absence from Canada Before and During the 5-Year Period.

Ultimately your absences are what they are. Report your residency days correctly and there shouldn't be an issue. Make sure you apply with a buffer. Don't apply with just 1095 days. That's a sure fire way to end up in secondary review.

CBSA entry/exit record has missing entry - Possible because of using NEXUS card

RQ means IRCC questions your residency days and you have to submit a ton of extra evidence to prove it. I don't believe my husband uploaded his nexus card. I don't think you need an explanation letter. You just need to state your travel records accurately.

CBSA entry/exit record has missing entry - Possible because of using NEXUS card

I don't know why they are missing but include everything when you submit the citizenship application regardless of whether it appears on the report or not. My husband has a nexus card too and his report was incomplete as well. He missed one same day trip to the US which was not on the report...

From closed to open work permit

In that case I don't see any options for an open work permit at this time. Note that any work experience gained while on a study permit cannot be counted towards PR.

Refugee status cessation and PRs applying for citizenship

Not sure it makes sense to post this here. As you said, not related at all to cessation.

From closed to open work permit

Have you applied for PR yet? Do you have a Canadian spouse or common law partner? Do you have a foreign spouse or common law partner who is in Canada on a study permit or work permit?

Over 2 years delay with citizenship application

Have him submit a GCMS notes request to see if there's a specific reason for the delay. He can also try reaching out to his MP. However definitely order the notes.

Medical exam waiver for dependents kida

The 23 year old is too old to be sponsored unless you submitted your application before they turned 22. You can try to see if IRCC will exclude the other two. It would be more straightforward if you didn't have custody and weren't involved with them. You will need to show evidence that they...
