Hello. I have been working from past may 2024 (skilled trade category). Semi monthly pay cheque. How many maximum can i calculate for 15days pay cheque. I was working full time but sometimes I got 25 and sometimes more 35-40 per week. My Work permit will expire in next 2 months. Is it necessary to complete 1560 hours in a year because i have more than one year experience but my hours are not 1560 or maybe i have calculated it wrong.so,
1. How can and maximize how many can i calculate hours.
2. If I need some experience after work permit expiry is there any way i can extend it like dummy work permit or not. Plz give me your thoughts about EE when to submit and what can i do if i need more experience

You need the equivalent of one year of work experience. This does not need to be completed within one year. This is how you calculate:

- For every week you worked 30 hours or more, count as 1
- For every week you worked fewer than 30 hours, add up the total number of hours for these weeks and divide by 30
- Add the two numbers above together. If they total 52 or more then you can claim a year of work experience

Thank you so much. So i can calculate full hours like 15 days pay stub says 75 but as per rule it should be 60 right … so can i calculate full 75 hours?

I don't understand the question.

Ok sorry… i am saying that let’s assume from 1-15 I worked 80 hours and then 16-30 or 31 of month 56 hours.so, now can i calculate it as 80+56=136 hours Or it has to be 60+56 as ircc says maximum 30 hours per week.Or they just calculate full year pay stubs and then divide it by 30

I would do the calculation based on the actual hours you worked each week. Or wait for others to respond.

I can send you hours. Can i message you directly or should i do it here. Or is there any data privacy issue

I'm not saying I will do the calculations for you. If you want someone to calculate for you, you will need to hire an immigration lawyer or consultant.
