    IRCC is very reluctant to remove dependent children from the applications. You will have to provide a lot of proof showing they will not do the medicals. Are they in the care of their other parent? If so you should be contacting them as well. How old are the children?

    The proposed set of laws would be applicable to new cases. There may be a set of law for processing of existing asylum claims. We’ll need to wait and see.
