    My friend just confirmed that she got RFV mail too. Same ITA of 08 Aug. Submission and AOR of 24 Sep. She is French stream Outland too. So hang in tight there. They are processing French ITAs fast. You will get it soon :)

    I think my Background check went into progress before I submitted my biometrics. Aug 8 ITA. September 15 AOR. A month later (yesterday) my Eligibility finally went into progress. So, I suppose things aren't exactly linear.
