I think it’s FD and pre-arrival mail. Haven’t received RFV mail yet.

Oh! Too fast! I have see no updates since 10 September 2025. Same healthcare draw CEC applicant. Not even BIL and medical update is without any question far way since I have not received any BIL request.

I guess outland applicants get decisions from visa offices around the world.

**Edited: I made an error, I just confirmed that the issuing country actually refers to my passport origin. I think all apps are processed in Canada.

I’ve had biometrics from a recent visit visa app in April. The biometrics number and expiry date is currently showing on my express entry gckey account; however, I got a biometrics instruction letter Do I need to repeat biometrics? I’m a bit confused.

Eligibility complete: Oct 3
FD: Oct 28
Background check complete: Oct 29
Passport submission letter (Gckey): Oct 29
Didn’t get the famous RFV mail, lol..

Not everyone will get a RFV, you can also expect a PPR letter which only shows up in GCKey with the notification email. When you get RFV, you get nothing in GCKey. Keep that in mind.
