    SINP Eligibility

This doesn't make sense to me. She can apply again as the main applicant using the same documents. I would find a new agent. Besides, if your agent was involved in your first application, then I would say it's his fault you were refused and it seems this is an incompetent agent.

PR Card Renewal with Urgent Processing

FYI - CBSA is not IRCC. IRCC makes the decisions for PR renewals. The assessment at the POE isn't really relevant for your renewal and you have to make the case again to IRCC. Will let others address the two specific questions you've asked.

    Changing employers PPCHANGEWORK2020

You've misunderstood my comment. I am familiar with this process. What I am saying is that I don't know what IRCC's new announcement means for the web form you already submitted under the existing process.

    Refugee case withdraw

You'll get the passport back either as you are boarding the plane to return to your home country - or once you arrive in your home country. It does not count as a deportation provided you leave on your own. But note that you may still have challenges returning to Canada in the future.

Child born outside canada to immigrant citizen parent

There's nothing to check. This doesn't apply to your situation. You didn't obtain citizenship through descent.

GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

The government background is almost certainly what is delaying things. Based on what the GCMS notes say, Canada has requested information from India and that information is still pending, meaning it's stuck with India.

That's unusual. Any military or government background?

GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

I don't think there is much you can do. This means IRCC is waiting to hear back from other parties on background and security checks. Depending on where your parents are from, this can sometimes take an extremely long time since some countries are not cooperative in sharing this information.

Parents are Canadian PR, and the child was born in the US

    1. Yes. 2. Once they are in Canada they can apply. Process is outlined on the IRCC site. Processing times are around 8-10 months. 3. No coverage until the child is a PR. Parents should purchase private insurance to cover for emergencies.

Received PFL for PRTD Application - Need assistance

Agreed it would be helpful to see the exact text in the PFL. They need to confirm they don't meet RO and provide more H&C evidence. They should add further evidence to show the grandmother's medical condition and also evidence that there were no other family members in the home county and no...

    SINP Eligibility

Call SINP. To the best of my knowledge there is a six month restriction on reapplying for the program if you were refused however you are well beyond that. What are the exact reasons why you agent is saying your spouse cannot apply?

Can I move to Canada as a [NOC 3] Skilled worker?

As we've been saying, with just 1-2 years of shift manager work experience in Canada and a college diploma you're most likely not going to score enough points to be selected for PR. Another member here checked your Express Entry calculations and you didn't calculate correctly. You want to get at...
