    Nobody is likely going to provide this kind of advice. You should consult a lawyer for an answer or determine your own answer. The fact that minor issues are typically overlooked, especially in case when people stopped working when they realized their error and are apologetic, is correct.

    Pretty rare to work full-time for 10 years and not qualify for citizenship. Assume some of the time was as a student. In reality it typically takes much longer than even 10 years to provide a net benefit to Canada unless you were a very high income earner.
