Visitor Visa Extension - Inland Applicant

You don’t need to pay a consultant or lawyer to submit a visitor record or a new TRV. Save the money and apply on your own. It is unclear if you are asking about extending their visit or applying for a new visa. When did they enter Canada and was there a date indicated on their passport? How...

    RECONSIDERATION LETTER REQUEST TO IRCC

IRCC often selects one criteria for refusal when there are more issues. I would order GCMS notes. Based on your posts it still isn’t clear if you have been living together since October 2023, April 2024 or Jan 2025. The fact that you applied after she had spent over 2 years outside of Canada...

Super Visa - Can I include NOA up to 2 years?

No point. IRCC wants to see your recent earning in Canada. If you meet LICO with your spouse co-signing in 2024 and can also show additional savings that should be fine. I would also include proof of your parents funds.

GCMS Notes and 2 times Visitor Visa Refusal

Would address the issues with your own profile. Immigration to Canada was very different in 2022. It was fairly easy to get approved in 2022 compared to 2025.

Apply to Ouland process for common-law sponsorpship while living in canada?

If you are purely making a decision based on posted processing times that actually doesn’t seem to be an issue. If you want the ability to travel out of Canada for longer periods of time or need to Iive in a different location than your partner then Outland is the best option. Would look at...

Did you land as a PR with your child in November 2023 or as a temporary resident?

Sponsor retired and main income is his pensions. - Spousal Sponsorship - Outland

Yes that certainly could be a red flag. Assume he may be older than you. How did you meet? How much time have you spent together in person? Over how many visits? Have you ever attempted to immigrate or get a WP/SP to Canada or another country? Are there any other potential red flags?

Proof of living together while PA is a visitor

Assume you have been living apart for some time? Also assume you meet your RO and depending on when you received PR they were included on your PR application.

Question about working hours during a stat holiday as an international student in Canada

If you’re being paid for hours on the stat holiday that you would have worked that count as hours for that week. So no you can’t work another 8 hours for example.

Refugee Claim Timeline - Question 2024

It may still be under review a year from now. You and a couple hundred thousand people are waiting in a very overwhelmed asylum system.

    Query on PR card renewal

The government seems to be trying to find a way to make sure those who get PNP settle in a province or at least make a significant effort to settle in the province. I would be cautious when it comes to moving soon after receiving PNP.

Provide whatever you can to prove the income you earned that year.

    RECONSIDERATION LETTER REQUEST TO IRCC

Is your wife currently in India? She was in India for her fieldwork until May 2025 but you got married in January 2025? Do you mean her study permit expiry date is October 2026 and not work permit? When is she scheduled to graduate based the progress she has made completing her PhD? When did...

Supervisa - insurance for parents with cancer

Good chance he will not pass the medical so that will also be an issue. Provinces are required to prioritize care of their own patients and there is not extra capacity in healthcare these days. Some hospitals don’t accept foreign patients for non-emergency treatment.

What issue? There are 2 listed. The condition means you must attend school in person.

What should i pay 6 month tuition fee or 1 year?

Agree that showing 1 year paid tuition is better than showing 6 months. If possible and the school has a complete refund policy would pay for the full year.

Apply to Ouland process for common-law sponsorpship while living in canada?

The posted processing times are not actually reflective of the processing time people are experiencing so would not apply Outland thinking you will be processed faster. How much time do you want to spend abroad? If it is 2-3 weeks then that is typically not an issue applying inland.

Moving out of province - contacting IRCC

IRCC can’t give out advice and the phone line sadly gives out inaccurate information all the time. Would just think logically. You lived and worked in the province associated with your PNP for 2 years. You did settle in the province. You are being offered a transfer to another office from...
