    Do you not understand english lmao i said study permit application is free, for non-protected persons they usually have to pay when they apply for study permits. “Studying in canada” is not free, we still have to pay domestic tuition. You can get grants depending on your program etc and we also...

    It does because my MP contacted them requesting to change destination city and move file out of quebec, and IRCC did. I can see all the communication on my GCMS notes. This was last year btw

    if possible wait till claim is accepted, tuition will be way lower (domestic rate) and also dont have to worry about claim being refused and leaving school hence wasting all the that money as well as time and effort

    I applied there but my complete file has moved to calgary and it doesn’t even mention Quebec on my gcms anymore. I live in BC now
