Seeking Advice AIP vs NBPNP for Permanent Residency in Canada

Yes but not as in demand as some other healthcare jobs. Nobody can really predict what is going on with PNP programs now that they have much smaller quotas. All you can really do is wait while still working towards increasing your score and working towards a plan b.

    Federal economic path way EMPP

Quickly for Lebanon office is a bit of a joke. They are not known for their fast processing. All you can do is wait. There are quotas so IRCC only approves a certain amount of applications every month to slowly spread out the quota over the year.

    Parents & Grandparents Program(PGP) 2024

Impossible to say could be weeks but also could be years. They still have to do background checks and then final review. Pre-arrival letter is not tied to processing time. Posted processing time outside Quebec is still 36 months so those who are receiving PPRs are the rare cases being...

slightly different job titles in applications

What is slightly off? A day? Yes it could be an issue if work experience was not listed and you only included proof of employment letter. You did at least submit the letter but if you get a PFL hire a lawyer.

    Temporary file number

Wasn’t a job offer a requirement to submit the application in the first place? Sadly many likely applied without a job offer and only “secured” one after they got a spot in the pilot. This pilot is going to be filled with fraud so hopefully IRCC is quite strict to ensure genuine candidates get...

With regards to employment records in PGWP application

You should include all your work experience on the PGWP. I would send a webform listing all your work experience and explain that you hadn’t listed them all because you ran out of room and didn’t know what to do. Also get a new consultant.

Seeking Advice AIP vs NBPNP for Permanent Residency in Canada

Don’t think anyone knows. It partially has to do with the backlog of applicants from last year and your NOC. If you’re a nurse for example chances of endorsement and approval are much higher than other professions.

PFL - MISREPRESENTATION - NOT MENTIONING COMMON LAW

Are you common law since November 2023 or did you become common law in November 2024? You only are deemed common law once you have lived together for a continuous year and are in a marriage type relationship. I suspect you may be confused with the definition of common law and only became common...
