Good question. I am wondering the same. I have very similar timeline like yours. All pending items are showing complete as of 12th Jan and ecas showing DM. But there is no update yet on oath ceremony. Looks like lot of people are on the same boat. DM since December but no update on oath yet

My online tracker got updated again today and I have been scheduled to take oath on January 25 2022 . My local visa office is Vancouver

I applied from Hamilton, ON. And no, i wasn't asked for passport copies. I thought they'll ask for it, looking at my extensive travel history but my travel dates were accurate so they probably didn't need it.
Yesterday, me and my wife submitted scanned colour passport copies and driving license.
Document request letter is included in the test invitation letter.
Our office is Calgary
i dont think the online tracker says decision made, it is primarily either "in progress" or "completed". But check ecas (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do). There it might say DM.

@LemmeKnowIfYouKnow yes, please check ecas to ensure it doesn't say DM yet? I'd be interested to hear if it actually doesn't say DM on ECAS! Practically, in my mind, when all of the areas are completed except for oath, we just treat that as DM, as no further steps needed except for scheduling oath. This is a good rule of thumb to follow to be consistent across paper and online applications, especially since online applications don't have access to ECAS, so can't check if it states DM on ECAS or not.

Finally scheduled for Oath. Logged into my tracker today and saw an update from yesterday that I have ceremony on the 25th of January!Decision has been made since September 27th 2021 with a ghost update on October 5th, 2021. Been waiting for ceremony/oath invitation ever since. Calgary office is something else smh

Oh i see.. i thought the application status on that profile will change from "in progress" to "Decision made" . Mine was paper application so i do have access to ECAS. and Yess, it does say DECISION MADE. It doesn't say anything else though even if i click on it (Decision made button), there's no further details.
Thanks @rememberme for letting me know though. I was also confused as to what else will have to be completed in order to get "Decision made" status.
Looks like they're trying to get application processed within 12 months.
