When we filled our application, we chose Alberta as our province of interest, but later we changed our minds and decided we wanted to settle in Ontario. Does choosing Alberta necessarily mean that we will have to land their and receive our PR card from Alberta?

Noo, this is only for PNP nomination if you have selected just Alberta then you only consider Alberta for nomination.
