THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AGAIN. ONE LAST THING, LET'S ASSUME IN FEBRUARY THE COURT WILL CLOSE MY CASE, LET'S ASSUME MY LAWYER WILL HAVE A GOOD ARGUMENT DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN DEPORTED AND IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT I'M NOT SHOWING UP FOR COURT AND THAT MY WIFE IS NO LONGER PRESSING CHARGES AGAINST ME AND THAT IT'S BEEN 5 COURT DATES POSTPONED AND FINALLY THE COURT WILL DISMISS THE CHARGES, DO I HAVE A CHANCE THEN?

Have you looked to see if you actually qualify for any of the immigration programs? What is your CRS score? They are accepting 460-470+ at the moment.

Have you looked at the various immigration programs? Most require a few degrees, good language skills (testing necessary) and younger people are favoured. I think you are underestimating how hard immigrating May be even if you are able to wipe out all your criminal issues.
I am not underestimating how competitive it's to immigrate to Canada, I saw a few programs such as ;construction worker, certified cook or fast food cook, painters etc, as investor as well. What concerns me the most is my criminal history, in the US I am a business owner and certified restaurant manager. Thanks for all the replies.

You’d need a job offer or a certificate of qualification for all those positions you mentioned. You don’t have the whole picture if you think you can get those easily in Canada before having any sort of working status.

If anyone or any website promised you you’re eligible to immigrate to Canada, there’s a difference between being eligible on paper and having a realistic chance.
