I reported marriage fraud to CBSA but they refused to investigate

I reported a couple who got married to get PR through Express Entry. Both of them are Indian. I reported and CBSA told me that there is nothing they can do because it is Express Entry, they only investigate fraud cases in Sponsorship.

Is that true? CBSA IRCC dont care about marriage fraud in Express Entry?

A lot of people keep reporting a lot of people, some are genuine reports, but most of them are false allegations, probably due to jealousy. So, IRCC or CBSA won't investigate unless you submit some very concrete and tangible proof.

IRCC wouldn’t tell you one way or the other if they are actually investigating. All you can do is report it.

Kind of makes sense they’d only bother to investigate Sponsorship cases because the relationship is pretty much the basis for immigration.
