Medical results are being sent to London UK? Does it make sense?

I am sponsoring my parents and their permanent residence application is in process.
They have completed the Medical exams at Panel Physician office in Israel but were told that the results are sent to some central office in London UK. This is really weird to me to hear. The results are also taking too long and I have already received a warning letter from the Visa office about this.

My question - is it normal that the results are being sent to London UK? What is this office is there a way to check (call? e-mail?) that office to see what is going on?

Medical reports are generally transmitted electronically by an electronic system called e-Medical. Transmission, through e-Medical, usually takes 1-3 days.

Yeah, I am aware of eMedical, but the doctor kept telling, that it is first going to some office in London UK, and from there to the local Visa Office. This is something that I was surprised about.
As for the actual issue, it looks like the doctor have failed to send the results when he was supposed to, now I've contacted him and they re-sent it and provided the eMedical Info Sheet confirming it.Thank you.

If a eMedical sheet has been provided to you with the right patient details. All you need to do is to send a scanned copy of the sheet to the visa office. They should be able to access the medical reports from the info given on the eMedical sheet.

Already did, than you very much. It is just that much of frustration caused by the doctor's mistake (and they are being paid ridiculously high fees for this "service"!)
