Don't worry guys, OINP is dealing with a lot of applications right now because of the last draws (there are still people from the July 12 draw waiting for their approval) which is why there is a delay. It is also Canadian Thanksgiving today so no applications are being processed today.

More often than not, the whole process should take no more than 60 days -- the longer you are in one stage, the shorter you should be in the others.

These are just my assumptions though.

Got the nomination a few minutes back. Didn't receive any email from ontario, but i got one from Express Entry profile saying that the status has been updated. Upon logging in, i was able to accept the nomination and i immediately received 600 additional points. OINP portal is still in DIP status for me. I guess it would update soon.

Below is my timeline:-

NOI :- 1st Aug, 2019
Submission:- 19th Aug, 2019
ADR:- 29th Aug, 2019 (WES ECA)
Assessment:- 30th Aug, 2019
DIP:- 09th Sept, 2019
Nomination:- 10th Oct, 2019

Any idea about when will the next draw happen?

You can call OINP on weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM EST. I have called them last week and they gave the status of my application.

There is no point of calling or mailing OINP as they will always give a generic reply, which is give the exact same status as portal and asking us to wait.
As for ielts, you dont need to worry, until you receive the nomination. After you receive it, update your profile with the new TRF reference number BEFORE getting your ITA, because after that your profile gets locked. At the time of ITA, all info in your profile should be true. After that even if something expires, that doesnt count, because it was true when you received ITA. I hope you got what to do. Dont contact or intimate OINP about IELTS, wait for nomination, uodate your profile, and make sure everything is true until you receive ITA.

Did you get email notification regarding nomination?? Will it be informed to you via email, or do you have to keep looking in the portal?

Yes, i got email confirmation from OINP, with attached nomination letter and certificate AFTER two days of actually getting nominated.

The first email that i received was from CIC profile, saying the profile has been updated. Upon logging in, i was able to accept the nomination, and get 600 points immediately. At that time, OINP portal still showed my application at DIP stage. It updated as approved after a few hours.

Anyways, just keep an eye out for any email that you get, portal updation is delayed from their end. Accept tge nomination asap because that's what count in the end and get 600 points, so that you get ITA in next scheduled draw.
