Thats because each section have a maximum score. For a certain category you might have achieved a score of say 620, but the maximum score you can avail could be 600.

My application has been in assessment stage since Sep 28th! Its been close to a month now since assessment, close to 90 days since NOI , with DIP and nomination yet to come :(

Their processing is moving at a snail pace. Frustrating times!!
