Hi, myself Sreeroop. I'm planning to study in Canada. I've graduated with 47.3% but had backlogs and 12th with 61% and 10th with 80%. I'm yet to take IELTS test. Can I get approval to study in Canada, preferably in Toronto? Please reply. Thanks.

I will be honest with you, if you can somehow improve your graduation marks by any means, reappear exam or anything, please do it, because chances with less than 50% is very slim..

The thing is, the cgpa system is quite complicated in my university. My actual percentage is nearly 50%, but when it is in cgpa form, it's 4.73.

No offense, but no reputable university in Canada would accept you as they all require 70% grade minimum. However, college will accept anyone so you can apply to colleges.
As for the visa, it will be difficult due to your low grades but if a college accepts you, there is still a chance for approval.
