No, I just mentioned my family is here and as i obey rules with other countries, I will come back home and will not violate any law.
I thought the family form I filled will indicate that I am the only son and my mother, wife and children are here.

Canada doesn't really look at the only son of mother etc, here kids often move out of the home at age 18. They are treated as adults on their own and daughters are just as important children as sons in Canada. Also many only sons of their parents come to Canada to try to get PR here and are separated from their parents for many years in hopes they can invite them later on Supervisa or sponsor for PR. Your wife and children on the other hand are good ties to your home country assuming they were staying back.

Anyways I think its always a good idea to include as much evidence as you can to show why you would return. If you have contracts signed where you are booked and obligated to perform, I assume you are getting paid for these events? Is there must be advertisements of these events? You say that you are famous singer in your homeland, you should have included evidence for that as well.

I know you didn't ask me, but its not assistant its assets.
Asset meaning, property, land, car etc...things you own in your name that you wouldn't leave behind.

I see that you have not taken into consideration my explanations of your refusal reasons, or suggestions to include your performance contracts in your file....so I will leave this thread as you prefer others reply.

You seem very desperate for someone who only wants to come for a 9-day vacation.

IRCC didn't believe that you are a tourist. Your purpose of travel has been suspected and they think that you aren't a tourist.

Frankly, you don't sound like a tourist. It's coming across quite clearly that you are coming for something more than just sightseeing. The obvious inference is that you are coming to work - you said that you are a "famous devotional singer". You could easily be coming here to perform.

If you can't satisfy IRCC that you are a tourist, it doesn't matter what documents you provide. You will keep getting denied. You are focusing only on your financial assets, but you're not really addressing the "purpose of visit" objection.

Now further, How I satisfy Officer that I am a genuine tourist. Which I am, pls suggest. In genuine, I don't have intentions to work there, or perform there.

the age factor is playing a lot these days...IRCC is thinking that through a visitor visa you might be coming to find a job or not leave the country.
These officers pretty well know that people above 50-55 wont even think of migrating to Canada right now, so visas for them are easy, unless a red flag.

The best way to rethink your application is to - Think yourself as the officer who's approving the application and what evidences are you looking to make sure this person will do as stated in his/her application.
Good explanation.but then how come a 34 year old recently divorced Mexican woman can enter thw country even though her intentions were reported to immigration and refug3 department with so many emails?(i sent several emails to inform the customs that she'll stay more than she declares and she'll work illegally as a visitor.i think there's a huge discrimination.but why?

Why did they not study my travel history that I m a genuine person. And never stay any country more than 15days...
