Notice Of Assessment issue

My husband is having issues getting his notice of assessment for our inland sponsorship application. He isn't sure what address is registered with the CRA. He's lived at various different addresses and has given the CRA all of these over the phone and he's been told none of them are correct. He's been asked to write a letter to them requesting the correct address and they said they'll write one back confirming the address.

We're concerned because we're wanting to send our sponsorship application off this month and this will obviously cause a delay. A little history on my hubby, he's only just started work this March (2019). We are supplying a letter from his boss confirming he's employed and is working full time and what his hourly rate is. Because he's only just recently become employed (he hasn't worked for a few years) we're also sending in a financial plan plus a signed letter from his mother stating that she will support us financially if need be.

Do we need the Notice Of Assessment with these other proofs? Or are we fine to send in the application with what we have?

The reason time is of the essence is because I'm from a visa exempt country (UK) and my 6 month status ends in September so we're wanting to make sure our application is absolutely perfect to lessen the chance of it being sent back. (I'm aware that this would put me out of status). We're also applying for my OWP at the same time.

Many Thanks

Even if you get your application in on time, you should apply to extend your status in Canada before your six months expires. We do see applications returned here relatively often for being incomplete (no matter how closely people check, sometimes something is missed). Applying to extend your visitor status effectively buys you insurance against this and ensures you won't go out of status.

Yes, unfortunately it's locked, that's how we found out about the address issue :(
Have you tried calling the CRA? My account got locked because my info was registered to my old address so I called them up. They asked me some questions such as my old address and old tax return information then they unlocked it right away. Also emailed me the code to register my account right away.

The husband has been told none of the addresses are correct.

We were considering this as an option. I've had a look at the form, you need to show that we have enough money to support ourselves. There doesn't seem to be an option for us to send stuff like my husband's letter from his employer and our financial plan from our PR app, it's asking for things like bank statements. I'm mostly being supported by my husband and the fact that we live with his sister so we're not paying full rent etc. I only have about $2000 CAD in my account and I've seen others applying for visitor visas with funds up to $5000 and $6000. Unless I'm looking at the wrong thing, there doesn't seem to be an option for extending visitor status while waiting to apply for PR.

What are the chances I would get denied with $2000 CAD? From what I've seen around here, visitor visas get denied a lot.
