Reapplying for Expression of Interest

Hello Guys, recently i received a message from MPNP that read U were not accepted for assessment. The reason was that i did not demonstrate a strong connectivity to Manitoba. I was rather told to reapply any time and i already started. But i came across a question like this in the EOI (Expression of Interest) '' Have you been previously refused by MPNP and can not address the reason/s for refusal?'' The option is Yes or No. Which one should i answer? Pls i need your quick answer. Thank you in advance.

Dear Rodas, I am sure it must be too late to respond to your query but since I am in similar situation as yours so I was searching for any person experiencing/experienced the similar situation as mine. I have recently refused by MPNP for SWO program but my letter says "You are not eligible to submit new EOI until six months OR until you can address the reasons for refusal/concerns.

My supporter, at the time of my application was not physically present in regional area (I claimed 50 points) rather he was in Winnipeg. But, since my application took too long to process, my supporter is physically present in regional area for last 7 months and is also working there.

They refused because of not grating 50 points and said we are not convinced that you have strong connection in the regional area you are intended to move at the time of application. (The reason is understood since my supporter was not there).

Can you please share your situation of re-application and what your refusal letters says, was it similar to mine? your comments will help me to re-apply again.

I am sure it must be too late to see your message but I need your assistance since I am facing similar situation as your's in past. Since your post in 2 years old but you must be in Canada now. Please share did you re-apply within 6 months of MPNP refusal? what was the reason of your refusal and how did you respond to concerns of previous refusal. Please refer my earlier conversation also. I will appreciate your response.
