Seems good. PPR should come soon! Sadly to say that it is the reality that PPR's are not coming these days as everyone knows the reason. But i suggest they should inform of PPR's and may hold COPR. Atleast applicants get some assurance of the outcome of applications....

If all of 3 (security, crim and bg) are valid it is very much likely that eligibility is passed. You need to relax and wait for PPR! Obviously it may take time since there are travel restrictions at the moment except for people traveling from USA. I haven't heard of people from any other country...

Its better if you add LOE mentioning your efforts to obtain PCC in your ircc account. eligibility and security can move together and is not dependent on each other
